Rosehill Masterplan

We submitted this entry for a limited design competition for Rosehill Housing Association. Our design for this brownfield site in south Glasgow was based on two urban blocks, a courtyard space between with focal corner blocks. The houses proposed would meet Passivhaus standard and each dwelling has access to a private garden or backcourt.
