Balmaha Plantation

We have worked with the local community and local housing association to propose 22 new homes including homes social rent, low cost home ownership, key workers and self build. This is a prominent site in Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park and responds to a growing demand for affordable housing in the area. The homes are designed to meet Scottish Government’s silver standard for energy efficiency. This will minimise energy bills and reduce fuel poverty for residents. We have held two public exhibitions as part of developing the proposals.
