- Housing For Varying Needs
- Greener Homes standard (Silver Aspects 1&2)
- Passivhaus certified
- Secured by Design
- Option for full Silver standard
- Option for Glasgow Standard
Passivhoos has been developed and is delivered by John Gilbert Architects and local contractors. We developed this partnership to bring the long term benefits of Passivhaus construction to Scottish social housing, encourage the take up of genuinely low-energy homes and eliminate fuel poverty.
The partnership has allowed us to work rigorously on the affordability of the homes and work closely with our supply chain to offer these homes for a fixed budget. These budgets fall within Scottish Government housing association benchmark.
