Pollokshaws Burgh Halls

JGA lead a full design team on behalf of Glasgow Life and Pollokshaws Burgh Hall Trust to undertake a condition survey and feasibility study for the the future of the Category A listed Pollokshaws Burgh Hall. The feasibility options produced sought to increase accessibility throughout the halls, enhance lettable space for current tenants and refurbish the halls to improve current condition. Wider proposals investigated the potential for incorporating both a library and nursery into the wider site to benefit the surrounding community.
